Registration

There are two types of participation at IPRIA 2025, including authors and visitors. The registration deadline is January 7, 2025, and the registration fee based on the domestic and international is as follow:

- A complete registration is required for each article.

-Lunch and accommodation costs will be calculated separately.

- Authors of Persian articles whose articles are more than six pages (maximum 8 pages) must pay 1,000,000 Rials for each additional page. This amount will be added to the bill. In English articles, the acceptable number of pages is five pages, and it is possible to increase the number of pages up to a maximum of seven pages by paying 35€ additional fee for each extra page.

- Group registration of more than 10 people will include 20% discount.

 

Guide for Payment Process (Domestic authors):

Since the easiest way to transfer registration fee in Iran is by means of online payment gateway of Shetab Banking System (SBS), IPRIA organizing committee decided to receive the fees by SBS. Therefore, you need to have a banking card (member of Shetab) for payment. The process is as follow:

1. Sign up in IPRIA 2025
2. Sign in and go to the “submit your paper” page
3. Enter your paper information and finalize it by clicking on “Send” button
4. You will receive confirmation of your paper submission
5. Click on the button of “Review fee payment”
6. You will redirect to the secure payment gateway
7. Fill the form and pay 100 Thousand Toman
8. You will then redirect back to IPRIA 2025 page and receive your payment receipt.
